Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the haru eSIM website and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing an eSIM plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

haru eSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel. Our services include:

  • Purchase and delivery of eSIM QR codes for activation on compatible devices.
  • Access to data connectivity in 150+ countries through our network partners.
  • A haru Credits loyalty programme.
  • A referral programme for existing customers.

3. Account Registration

To purchase our Services, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each user may hold only one account. Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent programme restrictions or obtain unauthorised benefits is prohibited.

4. Purchases & Payments

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. All purchases are final upon confirmation, subject to our Refund Policy.

Where a price is displayed due to a clear and obvious error (including typographic mistakes or system faults), haru reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. This right does not apply where the pricing error was not reasonably apparent to the customer at the time of purchase.

5. eSIM Activation & Usage

Upon purchase, you will receive a QR code by email for eSIM activation. eSIMs are tied to a single device and cannot be transferred. Data validity begins from the first day of use, not from the date of purchase. Unused data does not roll over after the plan expires.

6. haru Credits

6.1 Earning Credits

haru Credits ("Credits") may be earned through qualifying purchases and through the haru Referral Programme as described in Section 7.

6.2 Validity & Expiry

Credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance. Each batch of Credits is tracked independently; Credits earned at different times carry separate expiry dates and do not merge into a single expiry period.

6.3 Usage

Credits may be applied toward eligible purchases on the haru platform. Multiple Credit batches may be combined in a single transaction. Credits are deducted in order of earliest expiry first.

7. Referral Programme

7.1 Overview

The haru Referral Programme ("Programme") allows eligible users ("Referrer") to invite new users ("Invitee") to the haru platform. Upon meeting the qualifying conditions below, both parties may receive $3 haru Credit.

7.4 Reward Conditions

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or resell eSIM plans without authorisation.

9. Fraud Prevention & Order Integrity

haru reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order where there are reasonable, objective grounds to believe the order involves fraudulent activity...

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the haru eSIM platform is the intellectual property of haru eSIM.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, haru eSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages...

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice.
